Hi Kent,
Thanks so much for the lovely dinner. My
friends called to say what a good time they had and
what a delicious meal you prepared. Thanks for
taking care of my friend, Dr. Fishman and preparing
a lactose free meal for him. Would you believe we
have been friends for 50 years and he just told me
he was lactose intolerant Sat. night. I was stunned.
But you handled it beautifully and went out of your
way to make him happy. Above and beyond the call of
duty but they are my dearest friends and an
important part of out lives.
You are a great cook and I wish you luck in your

Dear Kent,
Thank you for catering our birthday party for 50
people at the Rinconada Hills Clubhouse September
13, 2009. The food was delicious, the service
impeccable and the timing was perfect. You kept your
cool when the electricity failed at 9 a.m. and you
worked under duress for the next 10 hours, without
lights, electrical equipment, coffeemakers,
cuisinart, and mix masters. All in all, you are our
hero for your fortitude and keeping your head at a
time that most caterers would have lost their cool.
I thank you so much for your excellent attitude
and wonderful food and service.
