Holman who has a lifelong passion for cooking and
eating the best quality food. Chef Kent apprenticed
in Switzerland for Swiss Air and has been employed
by premier caterers such as Jeff Machado, Elegant
Cuisine. Chef Kent has also spent many years in
commercial restaurant and catering kitchens in both
the United States and Europe. Over the past 25
years, Chef Kent has cooked innovative and delicious
meals for his friends, family and discerning
clients.

service. He wants clients to be satisfied with every

Chef Kent believes that all cuisine is a
reflection of the culture that created a particular
dish. Some his favorite dishes include Caramelized
Chipotle Chicken, Steak, Chimichurri (Herb Sauce),
Onion Soup with Thyme and Gruyère, Carne Asada
Marinated in Tecate and Lime, and Vietnamese "Pho"
Rice Noodle Soup with Beef as well as a variety of
